Aftershock

“The only thing more terrifying than Mother Nature is human nature.”

Gringo (Eli Roth) is an American tourist in Chile, out on the town with his friends Ariel (Ariel Levy) and Pollo (Nicolás Martínez), looking for women and a good time. They end up in an underground nightclub in a Chilean town, where a massive earthquake hits and traps them. Nicolás López keeps the camera close and the pace frantic, so getting out feels as urgent as it does for the people on screen.
