Aileen: Queen of the Serial Killers

Between 1989 and 1990, seven men were found dead along Florida highways, each shot multiple times. Aileen Wuornos (archive footage) confessed to all of them, claiming self-defense against clients who assaulted her while she worked as a sex worker. Turner and Cunningham trace the relationship between Wuornos and journalist Michele Gillen (archive footage), who became the only person Wuornos trusted to tell her story.
