Air Bud: Golden Receiver

“The Timberwolves are about to unleash their secret weapon.”

The story picks up in 1998 with the Framm family, a few seasons after Buddy's basketball days, settling into a new school year with a golden retriever who has moved on to football. Josh Framm (Kevin Zegers) and his mother Jackie (Cynthia Stevenson) share their home with Buddy, and Dr. Patrick Sullivan (Gregory Harrison) is a part of their lives as well. Richard Martin shot it in Vancouver and keeps the whole thing light, pitched at a family audience.
