“Flight 23 has crashed in the Bermuda Triangle... passengers still alive, trapped underwater...”

Don Gallagher (Jack Lemmon) is the pilot of Flight 23, a luxury jetliner carrying a cabin full of passengers, including Karen Wallace (Lee Grant) and the elderly Emily Livingston (Olivia de Havilland). A hijacking goes wrong over the Bermuda Triangle, and the plane ends up on the ocean floor, 200 feet down. Jerry Jameson keeps the camera inside the cabin, where air is thinning, water is seeping in, and everyone is shut in together.
