Aisha

Aisha Osagie (Letitia Wright) waits in an asylum centre in Ireland, her case unresolved, trying to get her mother out of Nigeria after a gang killed members of their family. Frank Berry sets her friendship with Conor Healy (Josh O'Connor), a new guard who has done time himself, against the slow grind of the legal process. The film is about how long a person can be left in limbo, and what that waiting does to them.
