Akira

“No one will be forgiven..”

Akira Sharma (Sonakshi Sinha) is an ordinary young woman from Jodhpur who watches a neighbour suffer an atrocity as a child and learns, early, to defend herself. A. R. Murugadoss follows her into a grown life where that lesson keeps being tested, with SP Rabiya (Konkona Sen Sharma) and ACP Rane (Anurag Kashyap) on the other side of it. The film is about how little protection ordinary people are given, and what one of them will do about it.
