“They planned the perfect crime... Until it all went perfectly wrong!”

The police have the whole block sealed around a New Orleans bar, and the three thieves inside are not the men they came for. Dova (Matt Dillon) and his crew ran from a robbery that went wrong, and now they hold the room's regulars, among them Janet Boudreaux (Faye Dunaway), as the only cover they have. Kevin Spacey, directing for the first time, keeps everyone in one room, where being wanted for the wrong crime does not make anyone innocent.
