Alexander the Last

Her marriage is not the only thing holding Alex (Jess Weixler), a married actress, as other people's attention pulls her away, and her sister Hellen (Amy Seimetz) is caught in the same restlessness. Eliott (Justin Rice) and Jamie (Barlow Jacobs) move through their lives, and a rehearsal room full of creative and sexual temptations keeps drawing them in. Joe Swanberg lets the scenes run loose and close to the skin, as if he were simply sitting in the room with them.
