Alice, Darling

“Sometimes the hardest thing to see is the truth.”

Alice (Anna Kendrick) goes to a lakeside cabin for a week with her two oldest friends, Sophie (Wunmi Mosaku) and Tess (Kaniehtiio Horn), and tells her boyfriend Simon (Charlie Carrick) it's an ordinary vacation. Mary Nighy, directing for the first time, lets the quiet stretch between them until it's clear they have come with a reason. If Simon finds out what the week is really for, Alice could lose the friends and the life she has left.
