Alice in Wonderland

Alice (Anne-Marie Mallik) is a young girl who follows the White Rabbit (Wilfrid Brambell) down a hole and into the world of Lewis Carroll's 1865 book. Jonathan Miller, then best known for the satirical revue Beyond the Fringe, made it for the BBC as a television play shot on film. Alice keeps meeting strange creatures like the Mouse (Alan Bennett), and her one aim is to find her way back.
