Alienator

“An android hunter from outer space is about to create hell on earth.”

A female android is sent to Earth with one order: find an escaped convict and destroy him. The Commander (Jan-Michael Vincent) gives the command from space, and the Alienator (Teagan Clive) goes after her target, with Ward Armstrong (John Phillip Law) and Tara (P. J. Soles) among those drawn into the hunt. Fred Olen Ray keeps it moving like a late-night rental, a story about a machine built to do what it's told.
