“Money can make people do funny things.”

In Miami in 2002, Bucum (Ice Cube) makes his living as a bounty hunter, chasing down people who skipped bail. His latest target is Reggie (Mike Epps), a small-time con artist who turns out to know where a stash of diamonds and a lottery ticket worth millions have gone missing. Kevin Bray sends the two of them after it together, and Bucum is left needing the very man he was hired to haul in.
