All Creatures Here Below

“You can run from the past but not from the truth”

Gensan (David Dastmalchian) is a young man with no money and nowhere to go, and he wants only to keep Ruby (Karen Gillan) beside him while the two of them run. They land in Kansas City, taking whatever shelter and work they can find, and Collin Schiffli stays close on their cramped, worn-down days there. Every dollar and every borrowed room is all that stands between them and being found.
