All Eyez on Me

“Legends never die”

Tupac Shakur (Demetrius Shipp Jr.) comes up as the son of Afeni Shakur (Danai Gurira), a woman whose politics shape how he sees the world. From there he becomes a rapper, an actor, a poet, and a name in hip-hop, with a stint in prison and a controversial run at Death Row Records along the way. Benny Boom tells it as a biography, following the whole of a short life and the legacy that outlasted it.
