“Evil never plays by the rules.”

A knife turns up in Salem, and with it comes a demon that makes a group of teenagers play twisted versions of childhood games. Marcus (Asa Butterfield) and Billie (Natalia Dyer) are among those pulled in, and Ari Costa and Eren Celeboglu, in their first feature as directors, keep the pace tight and the rules cruel. In every game, nobody wins, and the most anyone can do is get out alive.
