All the Kind Strangers

“There's Nothing More Dangerous Than a Kind Face.”

A boy walking alone on a backwoods road gets a ride from a stranger, and the house he leads him to holds a woman who is not allowed to leave. Jimmy Wheeler (Stacy Keach), a photographer from Los Angeles, learns that the children there have chosen her as their mother and now mean him to be their father. Burt Kennedy keeps it small and close, and the question that settles in is what these children are willing to do to have a family.
