All the President's Men

“The most devastating detective story of this century.”

In June 1972, a break-in at the Democratic offices in Washington looks like a small crime, yet the burglars carry too much cash and too many connections. Bob Woodward (Robert Redford) and Carl Bernstein (Dustin Hoffman), two Washington Post reporters, start phoning and knocking on doors, chasing a trail that leads toward the White House. Alan J. Pakula keeps them in newsrooms and parked cars, and what they could lose grows with every name they print.
