“Fervidly dark lovesick horror inspired by the real-life criminal duo, the Lonely Hearts Killers.”

Gloria (Lola Dueñas) is lonely and shy, and she wants someone to choose her. She meets Michel (Laurent Lucas) online, a womanizer who preys on the women he seduces, and after one night she offers to help him with his crimes. Fabrice Du Welz follows the pair as jealousy and need pull tighter between them, and the film treats that hunger for another person as a force with no limit.
