“A one woman vigilante squad!”

Billie (Karin Mani) trains in martial arts, and the night her grandparents are beaten by a street gang, she stops waiting for anyone else to answer for it. She starts hunting the men responsible herself, with Johnny (Robert Torti) drawn in beside her. Victor M. Ordonez and Al Valletta shoot the 1984 film as a run of cheap, fast fights, and every one of them puts Billie in more danger than the last.
