Alois Nebel

Alois Nebel (Miroslav Krobot) is a train dispatcher at Bílý Potok, a small station on the Czech, Polish border at the end of the eighties, and he likes old timetables better than people. When the fog rolls in he sees trains from the last hundred years pass through, carrying ghosts. Tomáš Luňák follows him into a sanatorium, where he meets Němý (Karel Roden), a mute man arrested at the border with an old photograph.
