Along Came a Spider

“The game is far from over.”

Alex Cross (Morgan Freeman), a forensic psychologist and best-selling author, has retired after his partner's death and cannot forgive himself for it. A brilliant criminal then kidnaps a senator's young daughter and asks for Alex by name, which draws him back in beside Secret Service agent Jezzie Flannigan (Monica Potter). Lee Tamahori keeps the clue trail winding and the pace pushed hard, so Alex rarely gets a moment to stop.
