Along for the Ride

“Tomorrow begins tonight.”

Nobody in the seaside town of Colby is awake at 3 a.m. except Auden West (Emma Pasarow) and Eli Stock (Belmont Cameli), two insomniacs who find each other the summer before college. Sofia Alvarez follows them through a run of nightly outings, each one meant to give Auden the carefree teenage life she skipped while studying. The film treats that kind of growing up as a thing you do late, with another person, in the dark.
