David Sorel (Vincent Lacoste) gets by on odd jobs in Paris and has just fallen for Léna (Stacy Martin), a newcomer to the city, when his sister Sandrine dies suddenly. He is left with her young daughter Amanda (Isaure Multrier), and no idea how to look after a child. Mikhaël Hers follows the two of them through the days after, a young uncle and a girl who has lost her mother, learning to share the same small apartment.
