Amar Singh Chamkila
“Tadkila. Bhadkila. Rangeela. Woh hai...”
Amar Singh Chamkila (Diljit Dosanjh) is a humble singer in Punjab who wants a crowd and a name, and he gets both by writing lyrics that are brash and blunt. His fame spreads fast, and so does the fury aimed at him from critics. Imtiaz Ali follows him beside Amarjot Kaur (Parineeti Chopra), his second wife, her voice joined to his on stage as the praise and the anger keep building.
