Massimo Sisti (Elio Germano) is a respected dentist with a big house, a quiet marriage to Alessandra (Astrid Casali), and two daughters who love him. Then he goes down to his basement and finds a little girl tied up there. Damiano and Fabio D'Innocenzo keep the family close, and the film stays on how Massimo and Alessandra look at each other after that.
