American Assassin

Mitch Rapp (Dylan O'Brien) is a young man burning with purpose, recruited into the CIA's black ops program after a personal tragedy hardens him into a weapon. His mentor is Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton), a Cold War operative who trains recruits through brutality and trust in equal measure. Cuesta stages the action with clean momentum, keeping the film moving at the speed of its hero's hunger to prove himself.
