American Graffiti

(1973)Directed by George Lucas112 min · PGComedy, Drama
“Where were you in '62?”

Two high school graduates, Curt Henderson (Richard Dreyfuss) and Steve Bolander (Ron Howard), spend one last night cruising the strip in Modesto, California, in 1962, with plans to leave for college in the morning. Their friends John Milner (Paul Le Mat) and Terry 'The Toad' Fields (Charles Martin Smith) ride the same streets. George Lucas fills it with early rock and roll on the car radios, and Wolfman Jack's voice carries over it all.
