American Mary

“Appearances are everything.”

Mary Mason (Katharine Isabelle) is a medical student behind on her tuition, working through her surgical training with bills she cannot cover. The offer that pulls her in comes from the underground body-modification scene, where Billy Barker (Antonio Cupo) pays well for a surgeon who will not ask questions. Jen and Sylvia Soska follow Mary as the cash arrives and the clients multiply, and she keeps taking the work.
