American Murderer

“Based on the incredible true crime story.”

Jason Derek Brown (Tom Pelphrey) is a charming con man who pays for a loud, expensive life with one scam after another. FBI Special Agent Lance Leising (Ryan Phillippe) has been tracking him for years and wants him locked up. In his first feature, Matthew Gentile treats the chase as a true story and lets the two men circle each other across the film.
