American Ninja

“The deadliest art of the Orient is now in the hands of an American.”

Joe Armstrong (Michael Dudikoff) is an orphaned drifter who respects almost nothing except martial arts. A judge gives him two options, enlistment or prison, and he ends up on an American Army base in the Philippines. Sam Firstenberg sends him out driving a convoy with Cpl. Curtis Jackson (Steve James) nearby, and then rebels hit the platoon, going after the weapons and the colonel's daughter, Patricia (Judie Aronson).
