American Ninja 3: Blood Hunt

“Now his most deadly enemy ... is time.”

Sean Davidson (David Bradley) is a karate champion who ends up as the new partner of Curtis Jackson (Steve James), the fighter from the earlier films. Their enemy is a terrorist called The Cobra (Marjoe Gortner), who commands bands of ninjas and has infected Sean with a virus. Cedric Sundstrom sends the two men after him with the clock running, and Sean has to keep fighting while the sickness is already in him.
