American Ninja 4: The Annihilation

“The tradition lives on!”

In 1990, a terrorist and his band of ninjas are loose, and the two American Ninjas, Joe Armstrong (Michael Dudikoff) and Sean Davidson (David Bradley), are called in to stop them. Cedric Sundstrom stages the fights as one scramble after another, with James Booth playing Mulgrew. If the pair fail, the terrorist's ninjas keep operating unchecked, and Joe and Sean are the only ones sent against them.
