“The Magic Power of the Ninja Is About to Reveal Itself...”

In 1993, Joe Kastle (David Bradley) is a fighter trained in the ninja arts, and a scientist's daughter has been kidnapped. Bob Bralver sends him after her with Hiro (Lee Reyes), a youngster Joe has been teaching the same discipline. Master Tetsu (Pat Morita) stands behind both of them, and their lessons are still fresh, so the two have to work as partners, not master and pupil.
