Amityville: The Awakening

“Every house has a history. This one has a legend.”

Belle Walker (Bella Thorne) wants her family to stay afloat, so her mother Joan (Jennifer Jason Leigh) moves them, along with her little sister and her comatose twin brother James (Cameron Monaghan), into a cheaper house. It is the Amityville house, and Franck Khalfoun sets it in a world where the original movies are only movies. As odd things start happening around James, Belle begins to suspect her mother knows more than she has said.
