Amores Perros

“Love. Betrayal. Death.”

Octavio (Gael García Bernal) is a young man in Mexico City's slums who wants to run away with his sister-in-law Susana (Vanessa Bauche), and he gets drawn into dogfighting to pay for it. A car crash ties his story to a supermodel injured in the wreck and to El Chivo (Emilio Echevarría), a homeless man who watches it happen. Alejandro G. Iñárritu moves between the three lives, and each one is already close to breaking when the wreck comes.
