It is Christmastime, and the dogs of All Dogs Go to Heaven are back, this time in a retelling of Charles Dickens's *A Christmas Carol*. Charlie B. Barkin (Steven Weber) and Itchy Itchiford (Dom DeLuise) scratch and scramble to stop the hellhound Belladonna (Bebe Neuwirth), who means to use dogs from all over the world to ruin the holiday. Paul Sabella puts Carface Carruthers (Ernest Borgnine) at the center, a bully who hasn't changed his ways.
