Andy McDermott (Tom Everett Scott) is an American thrill-seeker who arrives in Paris with two friends, Brad (Vince Vieluf) and Chris (Phil Buckman), looking for the next dare. He gets tangled up with Serafine Pigot (Julie Delpy) and a pack of werewolves who have developed a serum that lets them change at will. Anthony Waller keeps the tone loose and the transformations messy, and Andy's own body is now the thing at stake.
