An Eye for an Eye

“Kane's justice is revenge. Kane's weapon is himself.”

Sean Kane (Chuck Norris) wants the people who killed his partner, and he wants them badly enough to leave the San Francisco Police Department's Narcotics Division behind. Once he is out of uniform, he follows a trail of drug traffickers that leads him toward powerful people, among them Morgan Canfield (Christopher Lee). Steve Carver sets Kane alongside Capt. Stevens (Richard Roundtree), a fellow cop whose loyalty to him stays tied to the job Kane gave up.
