Ana, My Love

Toma (Mircea Postelnicu) and Ana (Diana Cavallioti) meet as students in the literature faculty and fall in love almost at once. Călin Peter Netzer follows them forward in time, as Ana's mental illness starts to press on the life they are building. Their families, Toma's mother (Carmen Tănase) among them, stand at the edges, and what holds between Toma and Ana is a love that keeps trying to carry more than it can.
