“A Comedy Of Errors”

Two pairs of identical twins were separated long ago, and years later the wrong men keep turning up in the wrong houses. Ashok Tilak (Sanjeev Kumar) and Bahadur (Deven Verma) each play a double role in Gulzar's adaptation of Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, with Moushumi Chatterjee and Deepti Naval as the women who keep greeting the wrong husband. Nobody in it lies, and Sudha, Prema and Tanu each speak in good faith to a man who is not the one they think.
