“Based on a true story.”

The Psychopath (Erwin Leder) walks out of prison after a long sentence and goes looking for a house to break into. He settles on a remote home where a woman lives with her handicapped son and her daughter, and a voice narrates his thoughts as he closes in. Gerald Kargl's film is based on a real killer, Werner Kniesek, and it stays inside one man's mind until the violence itself has no meaning for him.
