Ankhon Dekhi

Bauji (Sanjay Mishra) won't give his daughter Rita (Maya Sarao) permission to marry the man she loves, and the neighbours keep shaming him for it. Then he meets the young man himself and decides to believe only what he has seen with his own eyes. Rajat Kapoor, who also plays his brother Rishi Chacha, builds the film on that stubborn rule of empiricism, asking how far one household can stretch around a person who trusts nothing he is told.
