Annie Hall

(1977)Directed by Woody Allen93 min · PGComedy, Drama, Romance
“A nervous romance.”

Alvy Singer (Woody Allen), a New York comedian, is already trying to work out where his relationship with Annie Hall (Diane Keaton) went wrong. He goes back to the start, to the tennis game with his friend Rob (Tony Roberts) where they first met, and to the other women who came before her. Woody Allen directs himself as a man who talks his way through every memory, and Keaton's Annie, a bit scattered and very funny, is the one he can't stop replaying.
