Another Country

“Convention outraged. A class abandoned. A country betrayed.”

Guy Bennett (Rupert Everett) is a charming, privately defiant schoolboy at an English public school in the early 1930s, years before he becomes a spy. Marek Kanievska frames his last year there through an older Guy, who looks back from Moscow in 1983 while an American journalist asks him questions. Guy wants to rise within the school's rigid order, and the cost of that ambition is his own to bear.
