“The hairy arm of the law.”

Lou Garou (Leo Fafard) is a small-town cop and a drunk, and when the full moon rises he blacks out and wakes up as a werewolf. Lowell Dean picks up with the sequel to his 2014 film, putting Lou back on patrol beside Willie Higgins (Jonathan Cherry) and Tina (Amy Matysio), with the poster borrowed from Stallone's Cobra. Every night the moon comes out, Lou loses a little more of the man who has to hold the badge.
