“Meet Two Big Liars”

Eddie Dash (Richard Pryor), a con man doing community service, wants an easy way out of his debts. He is handed George (Gene Wilder), a former pathological liar just released after three years in a mental hospital, and told to keep him out of trouble. Then strangers start calling George by another name, and Maurice Phillips builds the comedy on how much a lie can grow once someone believes it.
