Apartment 1303

“Open the door to the ultimate terror…”

Sayaka has just moved into a cheaply rented apartment on the thirteenth floor, and while her friends celebrate with her, she walks onto the balcony and jumps. Her mother loses her mind afterward, so her older sister Mariko (Noriko Nakagoshi) takes over, going through the death and the rooms that went with it. Ataru Oikawa adapts Kei Ōishi's novel and keeps the camera in the apartment's tight corners.
