Apollo 18

“There's a reason we've never gone back to the moon.”

In 1973, a year after Apollo 17 was officially the last trip to the moon, three astronauts are sent up on a mission funded by the Department of Defense. Commander Nathan Walker (Lloyd Owen) and Captain Benjamin Anderson (Warren Christie) land, while Lt. Col. John Grey (Ryan Robbins) stays in orbit. Gonzalo López-Gallego builds it from the astronauts' own footage, grainy and shaky, the lander's cramped cabin lit by a handheld camera.
