Appleseed Alpha

“To find Olympus, they must fight to survive.”

Deunan Knute (Yuka Komatsu) wants to find Olympus, the legendary city that survivors of the Third World War whisper about from inside ruins. She travels with Briareos Hecatonchires (Junichi Suwabe), her partner, who is already a cyborg. Shinji Aramaki directs this alternate telling of the Appleseed origins, and Deunan keeps walking through the wrecked streets, carrying nothing but that one destination.
