April Snow

“Can this... be love?”

In-soo (Bae Yong-jun) wants only to be at his wife's bedside and hear from the doctors whether she will wake. A woman named Seo-young (Son Ye-jin) is there for the same reason, and the two learn their spouses were having an affair before the car crash that put them in the hospital. Hur Jin-ho gives the pair a slow, quiet attachment that neither of them sought.
